Welcome to the Relief Teaching Academy.

This Terms of Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs your use of the Relief Teaching Academy online platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "the Relief Teaching Academy") provided by EPC Capital Pty Ltd - ABN 17 359 617 588.

In these terms, “we”, “our”, “us” means EPC Capital Pty Ltd and references to “you” or “your” means any User of the Relief Teaching Academy.

By accessing and using the Relief Teaching Academy Platform, you agree to abide by the terms of use set out in this Agreement. Please review this Agreement carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.  

Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights:

  1. The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, and software, are the sole property of the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  2. Unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works based on the Platform's content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the Company's explicit written permission.

  3. Trademarks, service marks, logos, or trade names appearing on the Platform are the property of the Company or their respective owners and may not be used without prior written consent.  


  • 'Account': means your profile when you register to access the Relief Teaching Academy.

  • 'Content': means any course materials or other content available on the Platform.

  • 'Library': refers to the online library platform functionality provided to you, including all its Content, when you register an Account.

Subscription Terms:

  1. The subscription fee set out on our website at the time you create an Account (Subscription Fee) is either a monthly or annual fee, payable in advance.

  2. The subscription period starts on the date you create an Account and runs for either 30 days for the Monthly Plan option or one calendar year for the Annual Plan option, referred to as the "Subscription Term."

  3. The Subscription Term will automatically renew, and the Subscription Fee will be debited from your nominated bank account on each anniversary of the Subscription Term. To cancel your Account, you must provide us with no less than 10 days' notice prior to the expiry of the then-current Subscription Term.

  4. We reserve the right to increase the Subscription Fee for subsequent Subscription Terms by providing 30 days' written notice to you.

  5. We reserve the right to adjust the nature of the subscription, including inclusions, exclusions, and applicable tiers of access, by providing 30 days' written notice to you.

  6. Refunds of the Subscription Fee are not offered for change of mind or non-use, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law for major faults. This agreement is not intended to replace or mislead you about any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.  

Your Privacy:

Creating an Account on the Platform will require you to provide personal information, including but not limited to name, contact details, and bank details. The Platform will use and store this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


  1. No Service Warranty:

  • The Relief Teaching Academy Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. EPC Capital Pty Ltd does not warrant or guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

  • While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality content, EPC Capital Pty Ltd does not warrant or represent the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information and resources provided on the Platform. The use of any information or materials obtained from the Platform is at your own risk.

  1. Limitation of Liability:

  • EPC Capital Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Relief Teaching Academy, including but not limited to any loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to reputation.

  • EPC Capital Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in the content available on the Platform or for any actions taken based on such content.

  1. Device Damage:

  • EPC Capital Pty Ltd shall not be responsible for any damage to your devices, including but not limited to computers, laptops, tablets, or mobile phones, resulting from the download or use of any content from the Relief Teaching Academy Platform.

  1. Third-Party Services and Links:

  • The Relief Teaching Academy Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by EPC Capital Pty Ltd.

  • EPC Capital Pty Ltd does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that EPC Capital Pty Ltd shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.  

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
